Most items available in 2-4 days - we'll send you an email when your order is ready to collect, please bring this with you together with photo ID when collecting.
We understand that sometimes you need to see a light in your home, before knowing if it's right or not. Thats why we're happy to take back any item within 14 days of delivery or collection for a refund.
The easiest way to return an item is to bring it to our Aberdeen Warehouse Outlet but you can also post it back to us too.
