Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with every purchase and understand that sometimes you need to see a light in your own home, before knowing if its suitable.

We'll happily take back any item within 14 days of delivery or collection for a refund.

Items must be in re-sellable condition and in original packaging. You're welcome to inspect and assess it to the extent you'd be able to in a shop, however please don't fit or install it unless you're sure as we won't be able to take it back unless its faulty.

Anything purchased directly from our warehouse outlet marked clearance, ex-display or factory seconds are non-returnable unless faulty.

The easiest way to return an item is to bring it to our Aberdeen Warehouse Outlet. 

Post it back to us

If you can't make it to our Aberdeen warehouse, you'll need to post it back to us using your own courier or at the post office:
